    I’m stoked to hear Sam’s review on Totango and how it’s been helping Zendesk understand their trial base and their existing userbase. I just wanted to add that Totango makes it possible to have all the events and activities from each account in one centralized view whether it was a sales or customer support interaction. Their team is able to get a full picture of all their accounts at any time!
