As someone who handles WA soup-to-nuts at my organization (in addition to non-WA responsibilities), I could really identify with this topic. We recently migrated ~30 sites from HBX to SiteCatalyst, and the comments about complexities of the tools resonated. Made me feel good about all we've accomplished so far, given time constraints, etc. Really enjoyed this episode, it covered a lot of ground.
