Really enjoyed this episode, it covered a lot of ground. As someone who handles WA soup-to-nuts at my organization (in addition to non-WA responsibilities), I could really identify with this topic. We recently migrated ~30 sites from HBX to SiteCatalyst, and the comments about complexities of the tools resonated. Made me feel good about all we’ve accomplished so far, given time constraints, etc.
